General

  1. Reservation for hotel room may be made directly with the hotel and is subjected to their terms & conditions.
  2. Once the payment is made any request for refund would be considered after the meeting. An overhead expense of US $ 50 would be retained per delegate.

IAF TC Meeting

  1. Committee meetings are for members only.
  2. Others may attend if they obtain permission from the committee chairperson.
  3. Meetings of IAF Executive Committee meeting is hosted by Quality Council of India.
  4. Meetings of the PAC EC & PAC MLA MC are budgeted separately
  5. Meetings of IAF C&M Committee and ILAC MMC committee are budgeted separately.
  6. Meetings of all working groups/task forces/PAC Executive Committee / IAF Executive Committee / PAC MLA Management Committee are closed meetings. If you are not a member of these committees then you would have to check with the Chairpersons / conveners for permission to attend these meetings

Registration fees

  1. The registration fee for the entire IAF TC and associated meetings would be US $ 500/- per delegate (28 Feb 2009 to 5 March 2009).
  2. For attendance on any one day – US $ 150 per delegate.
  3. For attendance on any two days – US $ 300 per delegate.
  4. For attendance upto 3 consecutive days – US $ 350 per delegate.
  5. For accompanying person - US $ 100 per person.
